Terms of Sale and Legal Notes
These conditions of sale govern the sale of products marketed by Pharmaguida. All purchases made through the site https://www.pharmaguida.com will be governed by these General Conditions.
All published prices include VAT.
The contract stipulated between Pharmaguida and the Customer is concluded with the acceptance, even partial, of the order by Pharmaguida, which reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept the order.
The acceptance is to be considered tacit if not otherwise communicated in any way to the Customer. The customer placing an order declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase process and accept the general conditions and payment provided. The customer, after the online purchase procedure, will keep a hard or electronic copy of these general conditions of sale, in accordance with the provisions of art. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree no. 185/1999 on distance selling.
The customer has no right to damages or compensation, and any contractual or extra contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or property, caused by the rejection, even partial, of an order.
The information inside the products sheets faithfully reproduces the information of the manufacturers of the products. They are visible in the electronic catalog on the site itself. Pharmaguida reserves the right to modify this information to align them with the information provided by the manufacturers, without any obligation to give prior notice. The image of the individual product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics. Pharmaguida confirms the correct receipt of the order by sending an email to the e-mail address provided by the Customer, containing a 'Customer Order Number' to be used in any further communication with Pharmaguida. The Customer undertakes to verify the correctness of the data reported in the e-mail and to promptly communicate any inaccuracies, according to the procedures described in this document. If the order cannot be accepted, Pharmaguida will promptly notify the Customer by e-mail.
The prices displayed on the site are inclusive of VAT. Pharmaguida reserves the right to change them at any time and without notice.
For purchases with payment via PayPal, at the end of the order the Customer is directed to the PayPal login page.
Through this system it is possible to use your own PayPal account or one of the accepted credit cards without necessarily having to open a PayPal account.
The Customer has the right to reject the goods at the time of delivery. In this case a credit note will be issued, but the shipping costs up to the delivery address and return to the sender will be charged to the Customer.
All products sold by Pharmaguida are covered by the legal guarantee of 24 months for conformity defects, pursuant to art.129 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). The lack of conformity of the product exists when the product is not suitable for the use for which it is intended, does not comply with the description, does not have the quality and/or performance promised by the seller and typical of the product sold, or the specific quality and performance required by the Customer-Consumer when this has been the subject of a specific agreement between the parties.
In order to finalize the purchase, Pharmaguida acquires the personal data requested when placing the order. This information is treated on computer supports and will not be in any case and to any title ceded to third parties. The compliance with the legislation on the processing of personal data is guaranteed to the Customer, it is governed by the privacy code set forth in Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30.06.03. The data controller is Pharmaguida, in the person of its legal representative. The Customer has the right to revoke the consent to the processing of personal data by sending written notice to the registered office of Pharmaguida at any time.
