The sales of products via internet are disciplined from the D.Lgs law n. 206/2005 (Consumer Code). In favor of the consumer it provides the right to withdraw from the stipulated contracts by granting him the faculty to return the purchased product and to obtain the reimbursement of the sustained expense.
The right of withdrawal of the consumer does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for hygienic reasons or reasons related to the protection of health that have been opened after delivery.
The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers (individuals who purchase goods not for purposes related to their professional activity, trade or business), so it can not be exercised by legal persons and physical persons acting within the scope of their own professional activity.
We also inform consumers that the right of withdrawal is excluded from the above rules if the value of the products delivered is less than Euro 50.00 or, in case of purchase of food, beverages or other goods intended for habitual consumption in the household and physically provided by a professional in frequent and regular rounds to the domicile, residence or workplace of the consumer (Article 47 letter L of the Consumer Code).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must first inform Pharmaguida s.r.l. of your decision to withdraw the purchased product, before the expiration date of the withdrawal period.)
The consumer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days from delivery of the product purchased to exercise the right of withdrawal. Ended the period of 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the good the withdrawal can no longer be exercised.
Within this period, the Customer must communicate to Pharmaguida s.r.l. his will to withdraw from the purchase:
by sending registered mail with a reply notification of receipt or a telegram or a fax, using the form available on the website or any other explicit communication of the decision to withdraw, to the following address/number:

Within 3 business days of receipt of the withdrawal notice, Pharmaguida s.r.l. will send the Customer confirmation of its receipt, as well as the refund document number. Pharmaguida s.r.l. will send the confermation by e-mail to the address provided in the order or withdrawal request.
Within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the refund document number, the customer will provide, at its own expense, to send the product carefully packaged, indicating on the package the refund document number:

The deadline is considered met if the Customer ships the product before the expiry of the period of 14 (fourteen) days.
Withdrawal form
Pursuant the art.56 of Legislative Decree 206/05, Pharmaguida s.r.l. will refund the consumer within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer. Pharmaguida s.r.l. will refund the consumer including the costs of delivery (with the exception of additional costs arising from the choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by Pharmaguida s.r.l.); In any case, the consumer will not incuir any costs as a result of this refund.
Pharmaguida s.r.l. may withhold the refund until it has received the undamaged product or until the consumer has demonstrated that he or she has returned the goods, whichever comes first.
